PAYMENT TERMS

1. Fee Structure

Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and performance-led. All fees are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

1.1 Subscription Fees: Fixed monthly fees for the provision of the Growth Engine managed service. Billed monthly in advance.

1.2 0% Commission: We do not charge a percentage-based commission on orders processed via your branded ordering channels.

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Online payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to be bound by the terms of the payment processor.

2.2 Processing Fees: While we charge 0% commission, standard card processing fees apply to all online transactions. These are deducted automatically by the payment processor.

3. Billing & Cancellations

3.1 No Long-Term Contracts: Unless otherwise specified in your Service Order, our services are provided on a month-to-month basis.

3.2 Cancellation: You may cancel with 30 days' notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
