1. About These Terms
These terms apply to all promotional offers, advertisements, competitions, incentives and lead generation campaigns published by Dept Of Digital Ltd (trading as Order Digital and Takeaway Growth Agency), unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
We may decide who is eligible for any promotion. Eligibility may depend on factors including location, business type, existing systems, capacity and any other reasonable criteria.
3. Availability
Offers are subject to availability and may be limited by number, location, time or other criteria.
4. Offers May Change
We may amend, replace, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time before a binding agreement is entered into.
5. Advertisements
Images, pricing examples, testimonials, case studies, savings, revenue examples and similar content are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee results, revenue, rankings, order volume or business growth.
7. No Contract
Responding to an advert, completing an Instant Form, requesting a quote or speaking with us does not create a contract.
8. Full Terms
If we decide to work together, we’ll provide a Quote together with our Merchant Services Agreement and any promotional terms applicable to that specific offer. Those documents form the binding agreement and take precedence over any advertisement or promotional material.
